Firstly I would like to say how great it has been to see such a great community response to the 9th Age, and to see a rebirth in people's excitement in Fantasy gaming!
Kicking off on 5th July, Napier Executioners Club's Hawkes Bay Regional Championships 2016 is kicking off, and it is starting with The 9th Age. This will be the second year that this PlagueBearers sponsored event has occured, and numbers are already looking good for a small tabletop region. This event is run using a pool system, with heats, semis and finals, and is run over a course of a few weeks, with competitors arranging the games in their time. On the 16/17 of July, the Manawatu will be host to Panzershrek, a long time running FoW tournament. However, as most of you know, Fantasy has always had tables at this event, and this year will be no exception! McCrae L will be running a 9th Age event there, 2500pts 5 rounds, and the player pack is looking good!
